Who is responsible
HAYYET (legal entity to be confirmed) is responsible for the processing of personal data collected on this site.
What we collect, and why
- Contact form: your name, email address, phone number if you give it, the programme you are interested in and your message. We use them to answer your enquiry. They are stored on our servers and sent by email to the HAYYET concierge.
- Orientation quiz: only your answers and the programme suggested. No name, no email, no identifier linked to you. If you then open the contact form from the quiz result, the enquiry is linked to that anonymous quiz session.
- Technical logs: server logs kept for security, with IP addresses, for a limited time.
We do not use advertising cookies or trackers.
Who processes the data for us
- Hosting: Amazon Web Services, Paris region (eu-west-3).
- Email delivery: Resend.
How long we keep it
Contact enquiries are kept for as long as needed to answer and follow up, then deleted. The exact retention period is to be confirmed.
Quiz answers are anonymous and kept for statistics.
Your rights
You can ask for access to your data, its correction or deletion, or object to its processing, by writing to contact@hayyet.com.
